By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Separate terms apply when you book photography services with Thomas Weddings and will be provided in your photography agreement.
1. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, or misuse our contact or inquiry forms.
2. Inquiries and Communication
Information submitted through our contact form is used to respond to inquiries and communicate about our photography services.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, guarantee availability, or enter you into a photography agreement with Thomas Weddings.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a wedding or photography date is considered booked only once the required photography agreement has been signed and the required booking payment has been received.
3. Photography Services and Availability
Thomas Weddings provides wedding, couple, family and related photography services in Norway and internationally, including throughout Europe.
All services are subject to availability.
Submitting an inquiry does not place a temporary hold on a date unless this has been expressly confirmed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to accept or decline inquiries, subject to applicable law.
4. Bookings, Payments and Photography Agreements
The specific terms applying to a photography booking — including the scope of coverage, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, rescheduling, travel costs, delivery and other conditions — will be stated in the photography agreement provided before booking.
Where a booking payment or retainer is required, its amount and applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be specified in that agreement.
Nothing in these website Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Norwegian or other applicable law.
5. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
Depending on how and where a photography agreement is entered into, consumers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable Norwegian or EEA consumer legislation.
Where such rights apply, the relevant information will be provided as required by law.
Cancellation, postponement or rescheduling after any applicable statutory withdrawal period will be governed by the photography agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, text, graphics, branding, logos and other original content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Thomas Weddings and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, sold or commercially used without prior written permission from Thomas Weddings, except where permitted by law.
Photographs may not be edited, reproduced, used commercially or presented as the work of another photographer without authorization.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website and business may use third-party services for functions such as website hosting, analytics, advertising, client communication, galleries, payments and project management.
